Session 2: Decide What Makes Sense We’ll narrow the possibilities to the one or two paths that make the most sense for you: stay and reposition, pivot, or move. The goal isn't to make a dramatic decision. Session 3: Own the Narrative Once you know what you're doing, you need to know how to talk about it. We’ll work on how you tell the story of this moment in interviews, with your network, and in the room, without sounding scared, defensive, or uncertain. You’ll leave with a 90-day plan based on your final session, plus one async check-in between sessions for the moment when something comes up that can’t wait two weeks.
